Account access
Tell us what sign-in method you used, whether you changed devices, and any error message you see.
Chart accuracy
Send your birth date, birth time, birth place, selected system, and what looks incorrect so we can investigate the calculation path.
Western or Vedic
Celestial keeps Western and Vedic profiles separate. If a reading appears mixed, include the screen name and selected system.
Ask responses
Share the question topic, the system you selected, and whether the response was missing, delayed, repeated, or inaccurate.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Celestial subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store purchase history.
If your paid features are not available after purchase, open Celestial and try restoring purchases. If that does not work, email support with your Apple receipt status if available, approximate purchase date, and the plan you selected.
Privacy, Export, and Deletion Requests
For privacy questions, account deletion, data access, or export requests, use the support form and choose "Account or data request" as the topic. We may ask you to verify the account email before taking action.

Bug Reports
Helpful bug reports include the screen name, what you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead, whether the problem repeats, and a screenshot if it does not contain private information you prefer not to share.
If a screen is stuck loading or content is unavailable, mention whether you recently switched between Western and Vedic astrology, edited birth data, restored purchases, or changed network conditions.
Before Emailing
- Update Celestial to the latest App Store version.
- Confirm your birth date, birth time, and birth place are entered correctly.
- Check whether the app is set to Western or Vedic astrology.
- Restart the app if a screen appears temporarily stuck.
- For subscription issues, check Apple ID subscription status first.
If the issue remains, send it over. We would rather hear about a rough edge than leave you guessing.
